Request deletion of your connected push data

Users, businesses, and connected platform users can request deletion of account, business, contact, customer, conversation, uploaded file, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and integration data processed by connected push.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@connectedpush.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address used to log in, your business name, your verified mobile number if available, and the connected platform or business account you want removed.

For Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp users

If your request relates to Meta platform data, include the Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Page, business portfolio, or phone number connection you want deleted. We will remove stored connection records, tokens, webhook records, templates or message metadata stored by connected push where deletion is permitted, and disconnect the relevant integration from our platform.

What we may retain

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, provider compliance, audit, or abuse prevention reasons. When full deletion is not legally or operationally possible, we will restrict or anonymize data where practical.

Expected timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless more time is required to verify ownership, protect security, complete provider-side steps, or meet legal obligations.

Disconnecting connected accounts

You may also disconnect connected Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, telecom, or other provider accounts from within the connected push portal where the feature is available. Disconnecting an account stops new sync or message activity, but you may still need to request deletion of historical records using the email process above.
