Terms of Service
Terms for using connected push
connected push provides tools for businesses to manage contacts, customer conversations, campaigns, AI agents, communication channels, connected businesses, wallet usage, and delivery reports. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and business access
You are responsible for the users, businesses, client accounts, reseller accounts, permissions, wallet balances, pricing, and connected channels created under your account. You must provide accurate account and business information and protect your login credentials.
Acceptable use
You must use connected push only for lawful business communication and only contact people where you have the required consent, permission, or lawful basis. Spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, and misuse of telecom or messaging channels are not allowed. You must not use the service for deceptive offers, illegal goods or services, abusive automation, credential theft, malware, unsolicited mass messaging, or content that violates provider policies.
Channel rules
WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, voice, Meta, Google, telecom, and other providers may apply their own rules, templates, consent requirements, rate limits, and review processes. You are responsible for following those rules for your campaigns, including WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta platform policies, opt-out obligations, calling rules, message template approval, and service-window restrictions.
AI-assisted communication
AI replies, summaries, and call flows should be reviewed and configured for your business use case. You remain responsible for the messages, calls, offers, and information sent through your account. You must not configure agents to make misleading claims, send prohibited content, ignore opt-outs, or access data that the business is not authorized to use.
Customer data and privacy
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to upload, import, sync, store, call, message, or otherwise process contact and customer data through connected push. You must honor deletion, opt-out, and consent requests that apply to your business and campaigns.
Billing
Usage may be deducted from a unified wallet or billed by channel, provider, delivery, submission, token, minute, or other plan terms shown in the platform. Provider charges and taxes may apply. Parent-to-child funding is a real wallet transfer: the parent balance is debited and the child balance is credited. Each account can use enabled services while its own wallet has sufficient balance.
Suspension and enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, customers, providers, infrastructure, or the platform if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, provider violation, unlawful activity, or misuse of connected communication channels.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform reliable, but third-party messaging, telecom, cloud, and AI providers may affect delivery, uptime, pricing, review timelines, and available features. We are not responsible for provider-side outages, policy decisions, message rejection, number restrictions, or template review outcomes.
